2020-2021 Kirkwood Classes
Attention Students –
If you are interested in Kirkwood Washington County Regional Center concurrent credit classes for next year now is the time to start planning for this. These classes are “dual credit” meaning that students receive credit that applies both toward your high school diploma and future college degree.
Students should meet with the counseling office to determine if they are eligible for Regional Center academy classes and on-track for completing high school graduation requirements.
To be able to participate in Kirkwood Career Academies students must also:
- Complete the Kirkwood Earn Credit in High School Application (if you haven’t already done so) at: www.kirkwood.edu/
- Some courses will also require placement test scores on file (ACT or Accuplacer/ALEKS)
Students will receive additional information from Kirkwood staff regarding any additional needed information/next steps after completing the pre-registration form.
